Our warranty claim submission process could not be easier as it’s handled through our homeowner application, BuilderTrend. Our homeowners log into their account and file a claim, including photos and descriptions, right from their computer, tablet or phone! We will then update the claim with any notes or appointments that are set so our homeowners to track claims and ensure they are handled quickly.
