Once you have decided on a lot we can evaluate the land and make suggestions on what may need to be done to take that lot from bare land to a buildable pad. Purchasing a lot in a development is typically requires far less planning as the developer typically prepares the land for building. Purchasing bare land can come with a variety of challenges and we want our clients to be well informed.
